Location: Chennai/ Indore/ Pune

Are you passionate about digital workflows and building powerful enterprise tools? Were looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our team and drive innovative solutions across the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
  
• Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
  
• Work on modules like ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, etc.
  
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Perform platform upgrades, patches, and performance optimizations.
  
• Maintain documentation and support change/release processes.
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, etc.).
  
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and scripting on the platform.
  
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP/API).
  
• Good understanding of ServiceNow best practices and platform architecture.
  
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) are a plus.
  
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
