Job Description
Urgent Hiring for 2D Senior Interior Designer
Location : CR Park ( Near Kalkaji )
Working days - 5.5 ( 2nd & 4th Saturday off)
Timing : 10 to 6: 00 pm
Experience - 5 to 7 yrs
Salary Up to - 7 LPA
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of interior design concepts for various projects, including space planning, layout design, and furniture arrangement, ensuring adherence to client preferences, budgetary constraints, and project timelines.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and vision, translating concepts into compelling visualizations and presentations that effectively communicate design intent and aesthetics.
- Utilize design Interior software's to create detailed floor plans, elevations, and mood boards, incorporating color schemes, materials and finishes to bring designs to life.
- Work closely with the project management team to coordinate the implementation of design concepts, providing guidance and support throughout the construction and installation phases to ensure design integrity and quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in interior design, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and elevate the design process.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback, support and professional development opportunities to foster their growth and skill development by managing the team.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing design recommendations, and managing expectations to ensure a seamless and satisfactory client experience.
- Work on Timelines to complete the tasks.
- Prepare cost estimation and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for projects.
- Continuous education to keep updated about new materials in the market trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a strong focus on interior design and visualization.
- Proficiency in design software's with a demonstrated ability to create detailed drawings, renderings and presentations.
- Strong conceptual and spatial design skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into cohesive and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.
