Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Product Development Lead to guide the end-to-end development of innovative software products. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and strategic product thinking to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecyclefrom ideation and design to development, testing, and deployment.
Basic Qualification:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in software development, with 2+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role.
- Proficient in full-stack development (e.g., .NET / Java / Node.js with Angular / React / Blazor).
- Strong experience in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), microservices architecture, and modern DevOps practices.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Git).
- Proven ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Technical Skills:
- Experience in product-based companies or start-up environments.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and customer-focused development.
- Exposure to AI/ML, data-driven product development, or analytics is a plus.
- Microsoft certification (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect) or similar credentials are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the product development team, ensuring high performance, collaboration, and technical excellence.
- Drive the full SDLC, from requirements gathering and system design to implementation and delivery.
- Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Stakeholders to align technical direction with business goals.
- Own the technical architecture and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and performant.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team upskilling and career development.
- Oversee project planning, sprint execution, and delivery timelines, ensuring continuous delivery of value.
- Implement and enforce best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with QA and DevOps to ensure seamless deployment and product stability.
