Franchise Manager- Luxury @ Cars24

About the role:

Cars24 is looking for dynamic, professionals to lead and scale our franchise operations across India. As a Franchise Manager for the luxury segment, youll drive business growth, manage the entire Sales and Post Sales of our Franchise Partners. This role is ideal for candidates with strong sales acumen, customer handling experience, and operational leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Franchise Partner Management: Act as the primary liaison with the franchisee, ensuring adherence to brand and operational standards.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive car sales, lead conversions, and VAS (Warranty, Insurance, Loans) sales. Inventory Oversight: Manage quality inventory regularly.
• Customer Experience: Deliver premium in-store experience, manage test drives and walk-ins professionally.
• VAS Enablement: Maximize cross-sell of extended warranty, insurance, buyback.
• Operational Compliance: Ensure protocols like inspections, return/warranty policies are followed.
• Local Marketing Support: Coordinate with central teams for local campaigns and dealer promotions.
• Training & Development: Upskill dealer staff on sales, objection handling, and customer service.

Who are we looking for?

• 4- 7 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury auto or retail.
• Experience in NCDs/UCDs luxury segment is a MUST.
• Strong understanding of used car market and dealer ecosystem.
• Proven track record in driving revenue and managing partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Process-driven with focus on customer experience and quality standards.
• Comfortable with CRM tools, sales dashboards, and basic digital workflows.
