Job Description

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in a technology or engineering domain.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and delivering against milestones.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certifications.
• Experience managing client-facing programs.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Exposure to executive-level reporting and business review preparation.
