Key Responsibilities
-Support Meta & Google ad campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization.
-Assist in creating video-first ad creatives (UGC-style reels, voiceovers, motion edits)
-Research audience segments, ad trends, competitor creatives, and product hooks
-Collaborate with clients for asset sharing, offer updates, and daily ops like catalog syncs or
order status.
-Analyze campaign data to help drive performance improvements and learnings.
-Support landing page audits and suggest basic CRO improvements.
-Pitch creative angles and campaign ideas backed by real-time performance insights
-Assist in creating and editing videos using mobile and desktop video editing applications (e.g.,
CapCut, InShot, VN, etc.) for marketing and promotional purposes

Requirements
-Keen interest in digital marketing, D2C, and content-led performance
-Comfort with short-form video creation/editing tools (Reels, CapCut, Canva, etc.)
-Analytical mindset with decent command over Google Sheets/Excel
-Strong communication and task management skills
-Hustle mindset the ability to juggle multiple things and adapt quickly
-High aptitude for numbers and ability to learn quickly
