Job Description
JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an accomplished Content Writer with a passion for crafting compelling and engaging content across various formats. In this role, you will be responsible for creating blogs, case studies, social media posts, website content, and email campaigns that resonate with our target audience and reflect our brand's voice. Youll leverage industry insights to establish us as thought leaders and develop content that drives customer engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a variety of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, blog posts, video scripts, and web content to support product positioning and campaigns.
- Create engaging and interactive product emails for the Booking Engine product to encourage users to take action, such as completing a booking or exploring new features.
- Ensure consistency and branding by maintaining a uniform voice and tone across all communication channels, aligning with MapleLMSs brand identity.
- Translate complex product features into compelling narratives that enhance user experience and create emotional connections through storytelling.
- Write technical blogs with in-depth insights into product features and industry trends.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure written content is accompanied by on-brand visuals.
- Develop and implement content strategies to maximize engagement and achieve business goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in versatile content writing.
- Proven content expertise in product-based writing, particularly in the tech industry.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong grasp of grammar.
- Experience in crafting compelling social media content for businesses.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to meet regular deadlines without compromising quality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
B. Tech or equivalent degree.
