What youll be working on? * Develop and implement customer experience solutions for online platforms
* Oversee the creation and production of customer experience elements from concept to finalization, including updates and revisions
* Review and analyze high-profile projects, occasionally leading teams or projects in user-centered design
* Innovate by researching and testing theories for cutting-edge design solutions
* Analyze internal and external sites, consulting standards and policies to determine best practices
What are we looking for? * 3+ years of experience in product design
* Seeking designers capable of taking full ownership of projects, overseeing both visual and interactive aspects from inception to completion
* Proficient in engaging with customers via calls to extract valuable insights, enriching the design process
* Enthusiastic about delving into data, leveraging it to craft informed opinions and refine design decisions
* Keen on researching analogous products to glean industry best practices, constantly learning and adapting to advancements
