HR Employee Relations @ Teleperformance (TP)

Job Description

You will be responsible for supporting queries received through various HR communication channels in alignment with the Company's values, department guidelines, and KPI goals. Taking ownership of queries and ensuring they are effectively resolved will be a key aspect of your role. It is essential to handle all queries in compliance with the Company's values, policies, and the General Data Protection Regulation. Any issues should be promptly reported and escalated to your direct report. Active participation in the monthly team review and timely completion of tasks assigned by the ERD Supervisor or Coordinator are crucial responsibilities. Managing ERD tasks within specified deadlines and fostering smooth cooperation within the ERD team, as well as with other HR teams and departments, Operations, and Support Functions, will be expected. You must adhere to regulations concerning personal and performance data confidentiality and security. Being positive, proactive, and committed to applying continuous improvement processes is highly encouraged. Compliance with Teleperformance Rules & Regulations on personal and performance data confidentiality & security, as well as internal and external standards set by Steering Committees, is mandatory. Attending recurrent trainings provided by the Client/Company regularly is required. Additionally, you may be assigned other duties as needed. This is a full-time position with health insurance benefits. The work schedule involves rotational shifts. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant work experience. The work location is in person.,
