Job Description

As a Senior Specialist at Metals, located in Maharashtra, India, your primary responsibility is to design, implement, and evaluate programs that enhance employee skills and promote career growth. You will be tasked with creating effective engagement programs to foster collaboration among employees. Your key result areas and accountabilities include: - Developing induction and onboarding plans, including assigning buddies and providing training on organizational leadership and business. - Conducting 100% training needs analysis, creating a training roadmap for the year, aligning with the corporate calendar, and ensuring nominations for training programs. - Identifying opportunities to promote diversity in the workforce and creating an inclusive work culture. - Engaging employees through focus groups, T3 sessions, town halls, "Speak up" initiatives, monthly team interactions, and Fun Friday activities. - Managing the rewards and recognition process by soliciting nominations, obtaining approval from stakeholders, announcing rewards, and ensuring employees receive their awards. - Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, performance metrics, and feedback mechanisms. To excel in this role, you should hold a Graduate or Post Graduate degree and have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar capacity. This position does not report to anyone directly.,
