Job Description

You have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Talend Developer with 6 to 13 years of experience. In this role, you will play a crucial part in leading the design and implementation of ETL processes using Informatica and Talend ETL tools. Your responsibilities will revolve around ensuring the integration of data from various sources to maintain data consistency and quality. As a Talend Developer, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, enhancing their skills and performance. Collaboration with stakeholders to grasp business requirements and translate them into technical solutions will be a key aspect of your role. Optimizing ETL processes for performance and scalability, monitoring and troubleshooting processes promptly, and documenting ETL processes and data flows are also part of your responsibilities. You will implement best practices for data management and governance, conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, and coordinate with other teams for seamless integration of ETL processes with other systems. Managing project timelines and deliverables, evaluating new technologies to enhance ETL processes, and ensuring compliance with data security and privacy regulations are critical tasks. To excel in this role, you should possess strong expertise in IICS, Informatica, and Talend ETL tools. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing ETL processes, along with problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, is essential. Proficiency in data integration, data quality management, communication, and collaboration skills are also required. Knowledge of best practices in data management and governance is crucial, with experience in Asset Management Operations considered a plus.,
