Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, drive business growth, and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client portfolios, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions or services to meet business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or products.
Serve as the main point of contact for client queries and issue resolution.

Sales & Business Development:

Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the client portfolio.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
Generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients.

Account Management:

Monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct regular follow-ups, business reviews, and feedback collection.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Provide client feedback and insights to product and strategy teams.
