Job Description

You will be responsible for managing a team of 6-7 individuals. Your role will include overseeing the monthly closing of financial records, posting month-end transactions, and preparing financial statements and other relevant reports. Additionally, you will be required to prepare and analyze various reports such as AP/AR aging, budget versus actuals, and identify reasons for variances. You will also be responsible for preparing schedules necessary for statutory and tax audits, identifying training needs for the team, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely query resolution. Furthermore, you will play a key role in establishing procedures and policies for accounting functions, as well as creating flow charts. An interest in growing within the outsourcing business is essential for this position. Proficiency in using computers, particularly business solutions and bookkeeping software, as well as Excel, is required. This is a full-time position located in Kothrud, Pune.,
