Job Description
- The Associate Delivery Executive (ADE) role is a pivotal position where you serve as the client's trusted advisor, ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects and initiatives across service lines, while also focusing on driving growth within the account. Collaborating closely with the Global Account Executive, this strategic role demands a unique blend of client management, technical expertise, project management skills, and business development acumen to ensure customer satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on delivering excellence and ensuring the right solutions are proposed and implemented profitably. Your responsibilities will include spearheading the delivery excellence initiatives, working alongside the Global Account Executive to devise transformation agendas for the client, and standardizing the delivery approach across service level agreements within the account. You will play a crucial role in driving client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for upselling, and supporting the change request process by leveraging Wipro's capabilities effectively. As the Client Trusted Advisor, you will engage with key stakeholders at the executive level, manage customer relationships, and closely monitor customer feedback to ensure high satisfaction levels. It will be your responsibility to oversee delivery operations, represent a unified Wipro delivery view to customers and the Global Account Executive, and take ownership of customer transformation outcomes. Working in collaboration with delivery managers and leads across service lines, you will drive account-level forecasts, workforce planning, and execution strategies to meet revenue and margin targets.
