- Position: Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Location: Mumbai / Remote Type: Full-Time, Equity + Investment Required Compensation: Significant Equity Stake + Potential Salary (post-investment) About LeadTym: LeadTym is an innovative platform set to transform the influencer and affiliate marketing industry. With our scheduled launch in Oct 2024, LeadTym provides businesses and content creators with advanced tools for campaign management, performance tracking, and attribution, among other features. As we continue to build our product and scale the business, we are seeking a highly skilled Co-Founder and CTO who can bring both technical expertise and investment to help drive the company forward. Role Overview: As the Co-Founder and CTO, you will be a key member of the founding team, responsible for shaping the technology strategy and execution at LeadTym. This role requires a hands-on leader who can architect, build, and scale our platform while leading and growing a high-performing engineering team. We are looking for someone with a strong entrepreneurial mindset who is ready to invest both capital and effort into building a market-leading product. Key Responsibilities: Technology Vision and Strategy: Develop and drive the technology vision for LeadTym, aligning it with business goals and ensuring it is future-proof, scalable, and secure. Platform Development: Lead the architecture, design, and development of the LeadTym platform from the ground up, with a strong emphasis on performance, scalability, and user experience. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a diverse engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Investment Contribution: Provide a significant investment to support the growth and development of the platform and the company as a whole. Product Roadmap: Work closely with other co-founders to define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring that development aligns with market needs and business objectives. Scalability and Security: Ensure that the platform is optimized for high performance, security, and scalability, capable of handling a growing user base and complex functionalities. Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with the CEO, COO, and other key stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals and strategies. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously innovating to keep LeadTym at the forefront of digital marketing solutions. Requirements: Experience: 8+ years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a CTO or senior technical leadership role, preferably in a startup environment. Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with modern web technologies, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), microservices architecture, APIs, DevOps, and security best practices. Leadership Skills: Proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and team development. Entrepreneurial Spirit: A founders mindset, with a willingness to invest financially and work closely with the founding team to drive the business forward. Strategic Thinking: Ability to make data-driven decisions and align technical efforts with long-term business goals. Passion for Digital Marketing: A deep interest in the digital marketing, influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing space, and a desire to create innovative solutions in this industry. Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Nice to Have: Previous experience as a co-founder or in an early-stage startup with a successful exit. Experience with AI/ML, data analytics, or blockchain technologies. Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and how they apply to tech platforms.
