Job Description
1.Ability to handle large team and exhibit leadership qualities2.Ensure the Team Members are motivated and achieve the individual goals
3.Accountable for the team performance and deliver the operation metrics
4.Effective communication with client, Management & Team
5.Should be able to drive any new SO certification and go live from client
6.Good understanding on different processes such as AR/Denials/Correspondence/Rejections
7.Training the team members across different processes and clients based on the requirement
8.Accountable for smooth flow of operational metrics (Productivity & Quality)
9.Should possess the experience of handling client specific SLAs, having exposure towards penalties driven metrics will be an added advantage
10.Ability to handle multiple clients
11.Responsible for maintaining discipline and low Shrinkage
12.Responsible for staff retention within the team
13.To identify training / coaching needs of the team members and provide the same to the Manager. Assess training needs through 1-on-1s/skip level meetings, etc
14.To conduct and initiate weekly/monthly team and client meetings on regular basis to ensure all problems are dealt with effectively & efficiently
15.Should be flexible to work in night shifts & rotational shifts.
