Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Assistant Manager - Travel Partnerships (Visa Specialist) to lead our visa documentation services for CREW customers. This role is essential to our growing travel concierge vertical and requires deep expertise in international visa processing and strong relationships across travel agencies, visa facilitation centers, consulates, and embassies. You will act as the go-to expert for all things related to international visas from guiding customers through the visa requirements to managing documentation, ensuring
compliance, and helping fast-track processes where possible.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the end-to-end visa application process for various countries, across both leisure and business travel.
Work closely with our travel partners and vendors to ensure documentation accuracy and timely submission.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations, prerequisites, and changes in requirements for major travel destinations globally.
Establish and nurture relationships with consulates, embassies, and authorized visa processing centers to facilitate expedited or special-handling requests.
Build a strong partner/vendor ecosystem for visa, travel insurance, and associated travel documentation services.
Respond to escalations and offer expert guidance to internal teams and customers on complex visa-related cases.
Train internal stakeholders and concierge teams on visa documentation processes and customer handling best practices.
Identify opportunities to automate and streamline parts of the visa handling workflow.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3-5 years of hands-on experience in visa operations or international travel documentation, preferably in a travel agency, concierge company, or visa facilitation agency.
Strong familiarity with visa processes for Schengen, USA, UK, UAE, Singapore, Australia, and other popular destinations.
Solid relationships with embassies, consulates, and VFS-type centers will be a major plus.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex documentation and compliance requirements.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain processes clearly to non-experts.
A high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability in handling sensitive travel documents.
Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with high service standards.
