Position: L1 Support Engineer
Experience:
Knowledge about IT support, with a focus on ticket handling using Zoho or similar ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
Practical experience with Datadog for monitoring applications, servers, databases, or networks.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure components, including servers (Windows/Linux), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using Datadog to analyze logs, metrics, and alerts for issue identification and resolution.
Hands-on experience with the Zoho ticketing tool for logging, tracking, and resolving support tickets.
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure troubleshooting and monitoring.
