We have an Urgent #hiring for Lead Generation Specialist at Genesys International Corporation Ltd (Work from Office) SEEPZ, Andheri (E) Mumbai.
As a Lead Generation Specialist you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads to contribute to our company's growth. Your primary focus will be on researching and qualifying potential clients, contacting them via various channels, and nurturing relationships to convert them into sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong understanding of lead generation strategies.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential target clients and industries.
- Use various lead generation techniques, including online research, cold calling, email marketing, and social media, to identify and engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with our target customer profile.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Develop and implement effective lead nurturing strategies to build rapport and trust with prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation campaigns and strategies.
- Track and analyze lead generation performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation techniques and tools.
How can you be qualified to join us?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience in B2B lead generation.
- Familiarity with the industry or market segment the company operates in.
- Strong expertise in developing and executing successful lead generation strategies, by utilizing various channels and tools.
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing principles and a track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, marketing automation platforms, and lead management tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proactive and self-motivated mindset, along with results-oriented approach
