Job Description

As a Windows Server Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and supporting enterprise-grade Windows infrastructure across both on-premise and hybrid cloud environments. This role demands hands-on expertise in Active Directory, virtualization, cloud integration, and automation, with a strong focus on operational excellence and security compliance.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS).
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing.
• Support virtualization platforms and cloud integration.
• Maintain system documentation and change logs.
• Experience on Load balancers and distributed architecture
• Manage hybrid infrastructure integrating on-premise systems with Azure and cloud services
• Implement and maintain security baselines, patching, and vulnerability management
• Support managed identity protection and compliance with internal and client-specific policies
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and integrate with Azure Arc, Azure Policy, and Azure Monitor
