Supervise and lead the store staff to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently
Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and ensure FIFO and proper stock rotation
Handle inward and outward of goods and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries
Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with SOPs
Monitor and improve store KPIs, including shrinkage control, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction
Train and motivate team members to achieve performance targets
Address and resolve any operational or customer-related issues
Coordinate with the operations and logistics team for smooth last-mile delivery (if applicable)
Maintain accurate documentation for stock, staff attendance, and incident reports
