What you'll Do

What you'll Bring

2-4 years of experience in UX design, digital product design, or service design
Strong user research and problem-solving skills with a focus on simplification and usability
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to align cross-functional teams
Proficiency in prototyping and iterative design processes using tools like Figma
Empathy for users and the ability to advocate for human-centred solutions
A systems-thinking mindset to ensure consistency across complex digital ecosystems
Curiosity and adaptability comfortable learning new domains and design challenges
