Job Summary

HYT Engineering Company Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Civil Engineer with experience in industrial shed construction and machine foundation works. The ideal candidate will manage on-site execution, uphold quality standards, and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise execution of civil works including industrial sheds and machine foundations.
  
• Interpret and work with GA, RCC, and foundation drawings.
  
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work is in line with approved drawings and specifications.
  
• Monitor progress, check contractor quality, manage materials, and maintain detailed daily/monthly reports.
  
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of project activities.
  
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Marketing, and Project teams for smooth execution.
  
• Facilitate project completion certification from clients.
  
• Support the Service team and GM Pune in communication with railway clients.
  

Skills & Competencies

• Solid knowledge of industrial construction, especially in machine foundations and shed structures.
  
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Strong quality control focus and understanding of construction standards.
  
• Good coordination and communication skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
