Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The Operations Executive will report to the Operations Supervisor and support the operations team in providing the highest level of customer service while contributing to an efficient operation.

Job Accountability:

• Following up and resolving clients booking inquiries coming in through different communication platforms
• Ensuring that all the bookings, booking amendments, drivers and suppliers are uploaded on B2B portal
• Coordination with suppliers to confirm services/bookings and making sure the rides are scheduled and dispatched on time
• Maintaining topmost quality for all rides to provide services which meet standards and policies of Client
• Resolving escalations from suppliers, customers and clients on calls and other communication platforms
• Competencies and Skills: Strong fluency with Excel and MS Office

Preferred candidate profile

• 1+ years of experience in Operations (Logistics/Back-office/Support Team) or 1+ years of experience in the Travel Industry
• Good Communcation skills
• Proven work experience in hospitality or Customer Service role
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working 6 days a week.
• Comfortble with rotational shift and rotational weekoff.
