Repair of Excavator, Dozer, Loader, JCB, Cranes etc.

Industry: Refurbished Construction & Mining Machinery

Experience: 1 to 6 years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Job Summary

We are looking for skilled and experienced Mechanics to join a leading company in the refurbishment of construction and mining machinery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in repairing, assembling, overhauling, and building construction or mining equipment such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers, cranes, or dumpers.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly, disassembly, and rebuilding of construction and mining machines.
  
• Diagnose mechanical issues and carry out repairs and part replacements.
  
• Conduct routine inspection, servicing, and preventive maintenance.
  
• Work with engines, hydraulics, transmissions, undercarriages, and other heavy equipment systems.
  
• Ensure timely completion of refurbishment projects as per quality standards.
  
• Read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and service instructions.
  
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in clean and working condition.
  
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to improve machine performance and efficiency.
  

Requirements

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with construction/mining machinery (excavators, backhoe loaders, dump trucks, etc.).
  
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and diesel engines.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Willingness to work in a workshop and site environment as needed.
