We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our in-office team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting sales operations and driving business growth through lead generation, client outreach, and marketing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calling to generate potential leads and set up meetings.
  
• Manage and support day-to-day sales operations activities.
  
• Collaborate with the business development team to drive B2B and B2C sales.
  
• Track and manage leads through CRM tools and maintain follow-up schedules.
  
• Prepare marketing pitches, presentations, and client proposals.
  
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  
• Analyze market trends to identify potential business opportunities.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
