Job Description

Your role We are looking for a highly skilled SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) professional to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team with 4+ years of experience . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SailPoint IIQ solutions to support enterprise identity governance and compliance initiatives.

Build and maintain SailPoint IIQ configurations, workflows, rules, and connectors to support identity lifecycle management

Develop integrations between SailPoint IIQ and external systems (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, cloud platforms)

Implement role-based access control (RBAC), policy enforcement, and access certification campaigns

Write Shell scripts and customize SailPoint IIQ components to meet business requirements.

Diagnose and resolve issues related to identity provisioning, synchronization, and access requests

Ensure solutions align with security best practices and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR)

Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, configuration guides, and operational procedures

Work closely with security architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Support SailPoint IIQ upgrades, patches, and performance tuning activities.

Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance tests to ensure solution quality and reliability

Your profile

SailPoint IdentityIQ (v7.x and above) /Identity lifecycle management and access governance

Java, BeanShell scripting

Custom connector development and application onboarding/Role-based access control (RBAC) and policy enforcement

LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD

REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks
