Position: Full Stack Developer Web & Mobile (OutSystems Low-Code Expert)
Location: Muscat, Oman
Contract: 2 Year (Extendable based on performance)
Salary: OMR 500 to 750 per month (Inclusive of all allowances)
Visa: Company Provided
Tickets: Initial and Exit Tickets Provided
Annual Leave: 30 Days
Annual Leave Ticket: Included in Salary

Polyglot Technologies is looking for an Expert Full Stack Developer with a strong background in web and mobile application development using OutSystems or other low-code platforms. If youre passionate about building enterprise-grade solutions and have a keen eye for architecture and security, we want to hear from you!
The developer will be responsible for the end-to-end development of web and mobile applications, including architecture and security. This role is targeted at seasoned professionals with extensive experience in delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement web and mobile applications using the OutSystems low-code platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including PM, business analysts and end users, to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals. Design, build, test, and deploy scalable and secure applications while ensuring optimal user experience and system performance.
- Create and maintain reusable components, templates, and modules within the OutSystems framework for efficient development practices.
- Integrate applications with external systems and APIs to facilitate seamless interoperability.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues or bugs across web and mobile applications.
- Stay updated with platform updates and best practices, ensuring adherence to industry standards and OutSystems guidelines.
- Document all development activities, processes, and application workflows for future reference and maintenance.
- Provide support and guidance to team members and assist in the knowledge transfer of OutSystems technologies.
QUALIFICATIONS AND LOW-CODE CERTIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in low-code development, specifically in web and mobile application development using OutSystems.
- OutSystems certifications are required, such as:
a. OutSystems Associate Web Developer
b. OutSystems Associate Mobile Developer
c. OutSystems Professional Developer (preferred)
- Experience in integrating applications with RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and third-party platforms.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND BEHAVIORS:
- Proficiency in low-code development with a strong focus on web and mobile app building.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with technical teams and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to project timelines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality and reliable applications.
- Willingness to stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate innovative solutions into development practices.
- Respect for handling sensitive data securely and in compliance with data protection regulations
