RentoMojo caters to the needs of the working professionals which is unmet due to nonavailability of furnished
rental flats by offering furniture and appliances on rental basis, thus, providing more flexibility than owning
the expensive furniture and appliances.
Currently, we have 100,000+ subscribers with a typical rental period of 12-14 months. The current market size
(as per a recent report by Grant Thornton) is estimated to be US$ 4.1 Billion and expected to grow to US$ 13
Billion by 2025.
With 700+ people operations, the company has a presence in 16 cities across India. Looking back, Rentomojo
has not only made a new market of lease which never existed for the consumer, they have also become
market leaders in the consumer rental industry. Unlike the norm, they are now seeing a reverse trend wherein
a version of ours is being copied in the US and UK. We are also profitable at monthly PAT since Oct 2021.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS : Lenders, Investors, Accounts & Finance Team.
About the Role:
Rentomojo seeks a self-starter who will contribute to the design and execution of efficient and innovative
capital market transactions that allow Rentomojo to grow and deliver new products and services to customers.
Responsibilities and Ownership:

Manage company s capital structure and review with senior leaders.
Partner with various business teams to support financing decisions.
Documentation for on boarding investors and serve as the key point of contact for the investor
community.
Build analytical models to evaluate capital structure decisions including financing, return of capital,
and contingency planning.
Build and / or maintain deal collateral, teaser, one pager, Information memorandum, financial model,
debt profile, other important metrices. Etc
Assist in research for various information cuts, new MVPs, new business lines, new financing
structures, etc
Assist in data mining for new financing structures, means of finance, nature of lenders / investors
(both domestic and / or international).
Model credit rating outcomes and assist in managing relationship with rating agencies.
Support maintenance, user entitlement and activities relating to Treasury workstation and electronic
banking portals.
Provide broad-based, analytical support to the Treasury team for cash management processes and
initiatives.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Your performance and interest would be the first qualification that would
matter to us. Other than that, you should be:
Chartered Accountant / CA Inter + MBA / Other Post Graduate course/B.com + CA Inter (3-4 years of
relevant experience)
Preferably with 1+ years experience in startup finance, debt syndication, project finance, investor
relationship, Financial Modelling.
Advanced level expertise with MS excel, Word, PPT and other similar tools.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
