Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Python Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI, NLP, and Python development. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely and independently, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver next-gen AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, deploy, and optimize GenAI-based applications using Python.
- Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, Claude, or similar.
- Implement NLP pipelines, including text generation, summarization, classification, etc.
- Use tools like LangChain, HuggingFace Transformers, and OpenAI APIs.
- Design APIs and backend logic to integrate GenAI features into applications.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Stay up to date with GenAI research trends and continuously improve model performance.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Python with strong backend development skills.
- Proven hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs.
- Proficiency in using HuggingFace Transformers, LangChain, or OpenAI APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI deployments.
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, agile team environment.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate
- Exposure to MLOps, streamlit, or Gradio
- Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
- Familiarity with deploying GenAI models in production
