Manager - Project Execution (Finishing). - Navi Mumbai @ Shapoorji Pallonji

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage finishing execution across multiple residential towers.
  
• Prepare finishing schedules in line with the master project plan and ensure adherence.
  
• Monitor and control execution of all finishing activities including plastering, painting, flooring, false ceiling, waterproofing, joinery, etc.
  
• Ensure quality standards, specifications, and design intent are met.
  
• Coordinate closely with planning, procurement, design, and MEP teams for seamless execution.
  
• Liaise with consultants, architects, PMC, and contractors to resolve site issues promptly.
  
• Manage multiple finishing contractors, vendors, and site execution teams.
  
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews, and quality audits.
  
• Ensure timely snagging, de-snagging, and unit handovers to CRM/clients.
  
• Manage material planning and inventory to avoid delays.
  
• Maintain site safety and compliance as per company policies.
