Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Non-IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in volume hiring, especially for sales, customer support role, and other Non IT roles with a strong background in vendor management and stakeholder coordination. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely and quality hires in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles, primarily in sales and customer support.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Handle interview coordination, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and deliver talent solutions accordingly.
- Empanel and manage recruitment vendors, ensuring performance and compliance with agreed SLAs.
- Track and report recruitment metrics, maintaining dashboards for open positions and hiring status.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in volume hiring for non-IT roles.
- Strong understanding of sales and customer support recruitment.
- Excellent vendor empanelment and management skills.
- Effective stakeholder management with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in interview coordination and scheduling logistics.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
