Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance by achieving monthly targets through effective channel management, retail sales, and customer relationship building.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify their needs and preferences for wood coatings products.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and industry trends to expand product offerings.
  
• Analyze sales data to optimize sales strategies, forecast demand, and make informed decisions.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints, improve product quality, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in B2C or B2B sales with a focus on wood finish/wood coatings/retail sales/channel sales/retail channel sales.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization).
  
• Strong understanding of the wood finishing industry's dynamics including market trends, competitors' activities, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.
