Job Description

Hiring for Technical Support- Backend Process - CHAT- - Thane - WFO - Personal System CHAT PROCESS
Hsc/Graduate with 6 months experience in chat process
Shifts: 24*7 rotational shifts (strictly follow IBU boundaries of Thane)

Required Candidate profile

Week off: 6 days of working. Any 1 Rotational week off
Nature of Job: Troubleshooting
Rounds : HR-Amcat-Ops
Quality: C3/ B2 Voice
