Job Summary:

We are seeking friendly, detail-oriented, and professional individuals to join our team as Airline Customer Service Representatives. In this front-line position, you will assist passengers with ticketing, check-in, baggage services, boarding, and resolving travel-related issues. You will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service at ticket counters, gates, and baggage areas
  
• Assist with passenger check-in, boarding processes, and flight information
  
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a calm, empathetic manner
  
• Ensure compliance with airline and TSA regulations
  
• Handle baggage issues, including lost luggage claims and tracking
  
• Collaborate with other team members and airport personnel to ensure smooth operations
  
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records as needed
  

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  
• Basic computer proficiency
  
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift baggage
