Job Title: Manager - Quality : "Food Safety Expirence Must"
Experience: 10+ years
Age: Up to 35 years

Education Qualifications:

• B.SC in Food Technology

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement food safety and risk management programs in line with regulatory and industry standards.
• Conduct training sessions on Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) for employees.
• Perform quality process audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Conduct vendor audits in accordance with FSSAI guidelines.
• Develop, implement, and monitor hygiene and pest control programs to maintain food safety standards.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality and safety processes.
• Investigate food safety incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of FSMS, FSSAI guidelines, and quality management systems.
• Experience in conducting audits and compliance checks.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
