Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead and grow our international sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building and managing a sales team, expanding our client base, and ensuring sustained revenue growth in the Canada and UK.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies for the international market.

• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers abroad.

• Set and track sales targets aligned with company objectives.

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives in the local or international region.

• Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts with sales goals.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.

• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company brand.

• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, cultural expectations, and international trade laws.
