Responsibilities include providing expert guidance to physician candidates and clients within the academic sector, sourcing and screening potential physician candidates, presenting opportunity features, discussing compensation, preparing candidates for interviews, driving marketing initiatives, overseeing the recruitment process, resolving client concerns promptly, consulting with clients throughout the recruitment process, offering recommendations for successful candidate searches, and collaborating with medical schools, academic institutions, and teaching hospitals. Maintaining consistent communication, providing feedback, and reports throughout the recruitment process are essential. Qualifications require a minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, sales experience (inside, outside, B2B, or cold calling), consultative sales experience, willingness to travel up to 25%, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a commitment to core values.
