Job Description

    As a Dev Audience Manager at our enterprise sales organization, you will lead a high-performance team of Developer Audience GBBs, engaging directly with customers and field teams to accelerate the penetration and growth of Microsoft's and GitHub's business. Your responsibilities will include people management, driving business growth through customer and partner obsession, and ensuring business excellence. You will lead your team to deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring. By actively maintaining a comprehensive understanding of customers" business needs and strategies, you will coach your team to anticipate customer needs and educate them on positioning Microsoft products and services to increase customer budget. You will also manage the development of plans to offer targeted solutions that satisfy customers" key performance indicators and align the right partner solutions for customer and industry needs. In addition, you will drive digital transformation efforts across accounts to create business value for customers and empower your team to field innovative ideas that showcase the value of digital transformation. By ensuring alignment between teams and facilitating effective execution, you will lead your team to define strategies, objectives, and a rhythm of business for account planning across the customer set. You will also be responsible for overseeing business portfolio management, maximizing selling and customer add opportunities, and developing strategies for maximizing business outcomes. As a transformational leader, you will position yourself as a thought leader and trusted advisor to executive-level business decision-makers, leveraging best-in-class sales and communication techniques to lead your team and key stakeholders. By cultivating trusting relationships with customers and directing sales teams to use Microsoft sales strategies with decision-makers at high levels, you will drive ongoing business value and facilitate connections between customers and broader Microsoft solutions. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a technology-related field, along with 8+ years of experience in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or driving business growth. Additionally, you should have 3+ years of people management experience. Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience, as well as experience in a global technology company and media sales.
