Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees.
Responsibilities Understand the client requirements, Sourcing Strategy/ Plan for various requirements Source Right-Fit candidates from various sources such as Job Portals, Networking Sites, References, and Applications on Company Websites. Evaluate the profiles, shortlist, and submit the right fit profiles to clients. Negotiate with candidates and follow through with activities till on boarding of the candidates as per the offer conditions of the client. Must have strong experience in Non-IT Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Experience with sourcing techniques
Understanding of referral programs
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Sound judgement
BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
