Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT & Software Staffing Sales Executive with 23 years of experience . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and promoting our staffing and software services. A key part of this role involves cross-selling and upselling additional services to maximize client value and revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT staffing and software services domain.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers and decision-makers.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver suitable candidates.
  • Proactively cross-sell complementary services such as software development, IT consulting and project outsourcing.
  • Strategically upsell premium IT staffing solutions, extended support packages and value-added services.
  • Prepare and present proposals, Solutions Pitch Deck, Sales Pitch Decks, Services Pitch Decks, negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities.
  • Must be able make volume of outbound calls to reach out to prospects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must be active LinkedIn user.
  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in IT staffing and software sales.
  • Strong understanding of the IT services and staffing industry.
  • Demonstrated ability in cross-selling and upselling within a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).

10AM to 7PM - Monday to Friday.
