Graphic Designer @ Teleperformance (TP)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching posters for online and offline marketing campaigns.
  
• Create engaging website banners and other web assets aligned with UI/UX guidelines.
  
• Develop professional and branded Google Slides presentations for internal and external use.
  
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visual concepts.
  
• Maintain consistency in design across all visual media.
  
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 to 4 years of proven experience in graphic design.
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma.
  
• Strong experience in poster design, banner design, and Google Slides.
  
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
  
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with digital marketing assets.
  
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  
• Motion graphics knowledge is a bonus.
