We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Major Incident Professional to join our team in BT E SERV INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in handling major incidents and a strong background in BPO/Call Centre operations.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of problems.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze incident trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure timely resolution of major incidents and minimize business impact.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of BPO/Call Centre operations and procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with incident management tools and software.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide insights for improvement.
