Job Title: Inside Sales / Lead Generation Executive
Experience Required: 12 Years
Department: Sales / Business Development
Reporting To: Inside Sales Manager / Sales HeadRole Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Inside Sales / Lead Generation Executive with at least 1 year of experience in outbound sales or lead qualification. The role involves reaching out to potential customers via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads and support the overall sales pipeline.Key Responsibilities:


Candidates Should Possess an Excellent Communication.

  • Identify, research, and qualify potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Generate interest in the companys offerings and schedule discovery or demo calls for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and activity information.
  • Work closely with marketing and field sales to align on campaign messaging and lead nurturing.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead volume, outreach attempts, and qualified meetings.
  • Follow up with prospects who have engaged with the company via website, webinars, or downloads.
  • Understand customer needs and pain points to effectively position the companys products/services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client segments.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12 years of experience in inside sales, business development, telecalling, or lead generation, preferably in B2B or tech-based environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead research platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha).
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain high activity levels consistently.
  • Basic understanding of sales funnel stages and SaaS/IT services is a plus.


Preferred Attributes:

  • Familiarity with outbound campaigns and cold outreach best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport over calls and emails.
  • Passion for learning and growth in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
