Job Description

We are always on the lookout for smart people to join us. We think success is all about having the right attitude and being persistent. We are currently hiring for the role of Executive- Inside Sales for our Hubli Office.


Responsibilities

  • Qualifying leads: Evaluating leads to determine which are most likely to become customers.
  • Understanding and managing personal performance daily.
  • Expand our existing and successful Sales initiatives targeting international clients in business-to-business (B2B).
  • Lead generation settings, market research, and competitor analysis research.
  • Creating prospect and customer database and drive regular email campaigns.
  • Understanding business needs and gathering requirements.
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the respective Sales Manager for closures.
  • Identifying sales opportunities: Researching and identifying potential customers through online searches, social media and referrals.
  • Staying up to date: Keeping up to date with product and service information, as well as competitor offers.
  • Collaborating with team members: Working with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals.
  • Creating reports: Creating monthly reports and presentations with sales data.
  • Making sales presentations: Explaining the features and benefits of products and services.

Desired Skills and Qualification

  • An MBA graduate in Marketing/ B.E with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using all appropriate systems, tools, and processes
  • Should demonstrate a Professional demeanour and must have a desire for a long-term career.
  • Target orientated, ambitious, creative.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Should be good team player.
