Job Details:
Gokul Infocare is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated graduates, whether freshers or experienced professionals, to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing new applications and supporting existing applications across the Gokul Group of Companies and Robina 7 Day Doctors, with a primary focus on our Health Services and IT Services divisions.
The candidates will also get the opportunity to work on Gokul Infocare elaborate projects, enhancing skill sets and will get a 360-degree vision on AI projects, Data Research, IT Recruitment, Marketing and Real Estate .
Mandatory Requirements:
- Graduate or above (current students are not eligible)
- Knowledge or experience in any one of the following: Python, Java, C-based languages (e.g., C, C++, C#), PHP, web technologies, or ABAP.
- Minimum CGPA of 7.5
- Work 8 hours per day (Work From Home), Monday to Saturday, starting from 6:00 AM
- Own laptop or PC with a high-speed internet connection
- Willing to work across all of our business sectors
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Join within 2 weeks
- Able to Work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be a team player, professional, and a self-learner
Please note that all the above are Mandatory and if you do not meet ALL of them, then this position is not suitable for you
Role & responsibilities
- Develop software applications using Python, Java, Web or Android to meet business requirements.
- Support various aspects of our Medical Practice, Software Development, IT Recruitment, Websites management and Real Estate operations.
- Work independently with provided support as needed, and engage in self-learning.
- You will be provided with detailed instructions and training, with chances to further develop your skills.
Preferred candidate profile
- Fresh graduates must have a minimum GPA of 7.5 and any Programming development skills.
- Experienced candidates should have Programming development skills.
Location of Work:
Permanent Work From Home
Timings:
Monday to Saturday 8 Hours a day (Preferred candidates who can start anytime between 6 AM)
Joining Date:
Immediate to Less than 2 Weeks. (We do not accept applications where the notice period is more than 2 weeks)
Remuneration:
- First 6 Months - INR 15,000 per month
- After 6 Months - INR 20,000 per month
- Every Year Guaranteed Salary increase of 20%

1. Assessment of your Software Development Knowledge/Experience (Task 1)
2. Assessment of your Technical Skills (Task 2)
3. Zoom Video Interview with HR
4. Zoom Video Interview with Project Manager
