Job Description
Test Development and Execution
- Exhibit strong expertise in the design and development of manual test cases, including integration, acceptance, and performance testing.
- Analyze project requirements and user acceptance criteria to translate user stories into well-defined and actionable test cases.
- Plan, develop, and maintain comprehensive test cases and test suites to ensure coverage and traceability.
- Perform Hardware and/or Emulator-based Manual Testing.
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects and issues arising from major enhancements or minor change requests.
- Good to have : Develop automated test scripts using Python or other relevant automation frameworks such as Java.
Technical Collaboration and Communication
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the system architecture and actively contribute to test case reviews and other Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) activities.
- Effectively communicate complex technical issues and solutions to a broad range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
- Provide accurate time estimates for the design and implementation of new or updated test scenarios and cases.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, preferably with a specialization or background in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong emphasis on hardware/emulator-based manual testing

Proven track record in testing large, integrated software systems across diverse platforms and environments.
Solid experience in Hardware-based Manual Testing, with a sound understanding of software testing methodologies and life cycles.
Deep knowledge of testing principles, including working with various staging environments and ensuring traceability of requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail and quality.
Basic understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS/S3.
Proficiency in working with databases, particularly with SQL.
Preferred Skills and Additional Qualifications
Professional testing certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, CP-BAT, CP-MAT, CP-SAT, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Knowledge of test automation tools and scripting languages such as Python or Java is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with location-based technologies, such as mapping, navigation, and GPS systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural and distributed team environments
