Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle back office operations, ensuring efficient processing of tasks and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
Freshaers also can apply.
Provide email support to customers, responding promptly to their queries and concerns.
Perform non-voice processes such as data entry, document scanning, and other related activities.
Utilize basic computer skills including MS Office (Excel) for record-keeping purposes.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies at all times.
