Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and results-oriented Inside Sales Professional / Healthcare Licensing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will guide qualified nurses and doctors through the complex process of obtaining the necessary licenses and regulations to migrate to GCC. You will be responsible for providing expert advice, managing the application process, and ensuring a smooth transition for our clients.


Key Responsibilities


Client Consultations:

  • Conduct in-depth consultations with Healthcare Professionals to assess their eligibility for migration to work in GCC.
  • Gather and analyse client information, including academic credentials, work experience, and language proficiency.
  • Provide comprehensive and accurate information on migration requirements, licensing procedures, and cultural considerations in the destination country.

Application Preparation and Management:

  • Assist clients in preparing all necessary documentation for immigration applications, including license applications, credential evaluations, and background checks.

Research and Stay Updated:

  • Stay abreast of the latest migration policies, regulations, and best practices in healthcar licensing for various countries.
  • Conduct research on specific country requirements and migration pathways.

Client Support:

  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the document collection process.
  • Address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Build strong and trusting relationships with clients

Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application progress.
  • Prepare reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Preferable - experience in the Licensing process for HealthCare professionals in GCC.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare licensing and regulatory requirements in various countries.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
