Phoenix is Myntra s initiative specifically designed to offer a launchpad to women on career break. It is a six month internship that ensures a conducive environment facilitating a smooth transition back to work. Creative Design
- Strong graphic design skills with experience in developing storefront design.
- Develop and showcase creative direction and assets for every project
- Work closely with external stakeholders and present ideas and confidently handle all aspects of the project.
- External partner collaboration and sourcing to outsource projects in top notch quality.
- Expert typography and design skills
- Strong ideation, conceptualisation for projects assigned
Qualifications & Experience
- Candidates preferably from fashion institutes like NIFT, NID from fashion design and fashion communication / fashion marketing backgrounds.
- Good understanding of fashion brands, trends, GenZ led brands etc are mandatory.
Mandatory Skills
- Creative flair, originality and strong visual sense, strong communication, presentation and visualization skills.
- Competent in Adobe Suite ( Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After effects)
- P roficient in graphic skills including gifs and other motion graphics and should be eager to learn new softwares. Added plus if there is experience is AI generative imagery.
- Candidates should have previous experience in fast paced organization in the creative/fashion design domain.
